I got an email today from a comåany calling themselves “Domain Trade LLC”.
They write about one of my domains, and that they want to purchase it for 50-65% of the appraised value, and that the normal appraisals go for up to 2000$.
For most people that can be up to 250 times what they paid for the domain to begin with, so it sounds very nice.
Looking around on the internet I found several people writing about these people, and that they are a scam.

IT pretty much describes the email I got. It appears that all they want is to sell their services as domainname appraisalcompanies.
So watch out. After you have paid one of the companies for having your domain appraised, you will never hear from the Domain Trade LLC again, because they have already gotten what they want.
